Resident said we threw away a recycle bin that he had purchased(even thought the crew said it had a hole in the bottom and it was cracked) we took him a new bin.

resident called in said it looked like the whole street had been missed. The next day the crew said it was missed because there were cars in the way, and that this has been a problem before. Crew said we had talked with the propery mgr before about this maybe we should do it again.
