There are two dogs in a homeless camp tied up. They are barking at all who want to use the park including me and my leashed dog. This is not safe. I feel afraid to use the park trails. They are at 39.14547Nx86.55090W
Possible drug activity white passenger car may be a drug deal going on. They are parked in the back parking circle at RCA Park.
I smell a campfire on the N side of the park by the chain link fence. It is too dry for this.
Kids riding electronic scooters on trails recklessly when there are signs posted not to.
There are people who are unhoused living in the area around the old torn down shelter house slab and in the woods at RCA Park.

Transient habitat and bike in RCA Park, 50-100 yards west of the big quarry rock pile, along the fence, where three trails intersect. There is a bunch of trash, a bike, and maybe a shelter. There was screaming and cursing from this area in the park a few days ago.
Piece of barbed wire directly on the trail at RCA Park. It is the part of the trail that comes out into the neighborhood midway down Countryside. I passed the sign that explains that the stand of trees along this section of the trail indicates that it had once been a road. The wire is very close to where the goes out onto the sidewalk. It is dangerous because it is directly on the trail so it isn't obvious as you walk.
Please do something about the homeless in and around the library. A resource officer can easily make sure they aren't bathing and congregating in bathrooms. I grew up in Bloomington and love it...but issues need to be addressed. This being a major one. The library should be a safe space. Thank you.
There are 2 fairly large potholes at the intersection of W Baywood Drive and S Rogers road. It would be great if these could be repaired before winter so they don't get worse.
