At on the right is parked in the yard, they appear to be trying to create a drive where none exists.

Fiber co. Cut sidewalk. Someone came to patch with asphalt. Asphalt sunk immediately. Looks like a significant hole in sidewalk. Water meter appears to be affected as well - tilting towards the hole (did not use to).
On E First, heading east: several potholes before the intersection with Jordan.

there is a tree that needs to be trimmed at this location because pedestrian traffic cannot see any oncoming traffic around it. Sounded like he was speaking of the alley.
Commercial getting city pick-up. Sarah Carter 336-5141. Work w/her to get private hauler & when that happens let Laura Mears know so she can have Sanitation stop pick-up. (per SJ)
Overgrown shrubs scratching vehicles passing through the alley between 10th and 11th Streets (behind 615 N. Walnut St).
