L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.
Illegal sign advertising long distance in window of a multi-family residence. Occupant was verbally notified of previous violations by the planning staff when they attempted to remove sign in the ROW.
Toilet not working. Has been broken for 3 weeks. No response from landlord

STUDENT PAINTERS have put a yard sign in her yard (without permission). They also have signs at High & Hillside; Sare & College Mall Rd. There are two WEIGHT LOSS signs (on utility poles) at the intersection of 6th & Morton.
Complaint about both realtor and for sale by owner signs at entrances to Sherwood Oaks.
