Lady called at 8:15am to say she had a note from the crew that her trash was to heavy. I told her to re sort it and I would have some one come back. They went back and she had not resorted it and if they picked up it would break the handles on can. Shelby sent another crew out ane they did get it this time at 11am.

I left her a message to leave trash out and we would pick up per Shelby as a courtesy pick up. She never called me back.
