A boat has been parked on 9th Street between Washington and Walnut (closer to Walnut) for the past few weeks, and they have not seen it moved the whole time its been parked there.

WATER IS RUNNING ON ROGERS BACK TOWARDS THE ALLEY.
Farmer Insurance has placed another banner on the railing at their entrance without a permit.
the alley in the 500 block of west 4th St. on the north side is becoming overgrown and thus catching lots of litter. Really begining to look trashy.
The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
