Unable to find the ticket status page from the ureport page. Only could access the ticket status, if the link was selected immediately after submittal.
Mr. Woodring feels that Insight has a monopoly in this area in regards to cable service. The TCC should also have an agreement with Insight regarding broad ban service. He was unable to sign up for SBC's service due to a third party ownership of the lines specifically related to Acadia Court area. Due to this problem, he felt that he was forced into signing up with Insight at higher price in order to receive the broad ban service.
