The Street light across the street keeps going on and off. Probably the bulb needs replacing.

The street lights in 2600 block of East 2nd St were on this morning. I saw two Duke trucks servicing both lights today. Tonight neither one is on. Is Duke inept, or is the city trying to save on electricity? This is at least the 3rd time that I have reported those street lights out. On again, off again.
