Another trash can has been sitting with gross smelling garbage in it on the side of the house. I imaging some varment will soon dump this one . The house is a Jeff Jones home without any residents. This lawn is very frequently overgrown, as is the property a bit west if there. These places are becoming blights on the neighborhood. This house is also poorly maintained, with peeling paint showing.
