On south Lincoln, just south of Driscoll there is a semi trailer parked, without a truck. It has been there about a week. It makes it near impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of Driscoll onto Lincoln. Isn't there a parking ordinance prohibiting semi trailer long term parking?

Everyday, last two years I've worked in the area, it has looked to some degree like this. Pothole at 3rd and N. Smith Rd. As you are turning right onto 3rd from Smith it's on 3rd. Deep enough to make a loud noise when driven into.

07-21 after the rain around 8:00pm, here in 300 E 3rd st. Water comes out with yellow colored and lots of dust like or dirt like things inside of the water. The neighborhood also face same problems.
