9/18/1998 Please pick up Mr Anderson's trash on his regular trash day (Friday) His orange stickers will have pieces of black trash bags on them. Its a long story. If you have a problem w/this, let me know. CB He put YW in plastic bags with orange stickers. Sanit. left a notice. He argued that trash is trash, even though it's YW. He said he couldn't find paper YW bags in Bloomington anywhere. Please call. I called Mr Anderson & explained YW procedures. He felt our policy was inconsistant.

The police dpt. called, there is a man selling stuff - he's got signs up, ect. he has been selling desks and the like for months on end (see Susie in HAND with questions)

The caller thinks that the address is 440 S. Henderson - our maps say it may be 521 E. 2nd (at the corner of 2nd & Henderson) - There is trash on the sidewalk with no stickers.
