Mrs. Curry would like to have No Parking on both sides of Azalea Lane from Highland Avenue to Erin Court. The subdivision covenants/restrictions prohibit parking on the street but is not effective. The street is too narrow to have parking and through traffic.

Mr. Hayford is concerned about the speed of drivers in the Southdowns/Jordan Ave. area. He says a lot of people walk in the area, especially to Bryan Park. Also, his 5 yr. old daughter walks w/ her daycare program with other young children through this area every day. "This is an accident waiting to happen." Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. Oaklawn Park is in City limits and has rentals. Wish to remain anonymous thanks
