I live on Handy Road and a few months ago after the pipe crew was well past our house and started to put down grass seed and straw I noticed that they seemed to have missed my yard and the neighbors. There are a few spots of gravel that need to be cleaned up also. I was wondering who to contact to get grass and straw before any heavy rains turn this into mud and wash way. The towing company Tow Time at 2620 S. Rogers street. Tow trucks travel down Fairview to W. 7th several times a day racing their engines a driving very fast even when school is in session. The noise from these trucks is so loud that you can still hear them as the get to the down town area. Our neighborhood has complained to the owner and to individual drivers this past summer. The noise is a disruption and a nuisance.

Last summer I saw some bag worms on a bush. Those are the ones that normally kill trees and bushes. The bush is still there so I'm guessing they might have an opportunity to spread. The bush I saw them on was the first bush just west of Rogers on the B-Line where it crosses by the junkyard.

For several days, it has been impossible to activate the pedestrian walk signals for the crosswalk across 10th St on the west side of the 10th and Jordan intersection. After pressing the button on either side of the crosswalk, the Walk signal never activates through multiple cycles. The small red lights above the buttons remain illuminated.
