Grass has not been mowed since students moved out. Grass and weeds needs cut.

Sanitation continues to find that Cha-Cha is disposing of their trash in the public green barrels. Says this happens 2 or 3 times a week, fills the barrels and makes it impossible for pedestrians to use them, so trash winds up on the street. Piece of Cha Cha mail is attached.

Vacant blue house has lots of trash at the rear of the property. There is an abandoned large brown dog which drags the trash everywhere.
