This parking meter took 2 quarters in an attempt to pay for parking between Kirkwood and 6th on the east side of Walnut. The meter never registered any time after both quarters were inserted. Do these meters accept cash or just credit cards or parking apps that charge an extra fee?
Rally’s has placed several temporary signs on the property. They were issued a courtesy warning on January 7, 2011, for a similar violation.

Wed. Missed pick-up/other/Yard waste: This gentleman is extremely upset you left him a notice about his YW in a plastic bag. He claimed to be unaware of can/paper bag procedure.

The water pressure is really low.
It's been over a month since we moved into the apartment, and it has been hot. The AC does not work on the first floor. I have called them, added maintenance issues but they aren't fixing anything! Please help!
