Mr. Clayton's sister, Florence called for him. He says that when we do snow removal we push all the snow and sand into his flower bed and that this can be avoided. Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around.
