The landlord is suppose to mow the lawn, but hasn't mowed for awhile and now the grass is "knee-high". She has called the landlord several times this year to get the lawn mowed.

My street trees have been ripped out of the tree plots. The question is who did this and who is responsible for their replacement?
The curb where the traffic calming device is located at the southwest corner to Third and Rogers needs to be painted yellow to keep people from parking there
Trash and junk collected on the back patio, near the kitchen door. She has to look at it every day. The current tenants did not create the problem; rather, the landlord left it there between tenants.
