Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. kids are being dropped off directly onto South High St while drivers (parents?) are stuck in traffic. With the exception of the well staffed and operated crossings, the stretch from the traffic circle to the school entrance has become an unsafe free for all. Back ups during drop off and pick up extend from school parking lot onto high st,then up E Rogers and E Winslow. Not an easy place to flow that many cars and people but creating a safer situation should be considered.

Please make South Dunn Street between Grimes and Hillside One-Way only, Northbound. This is a very narrow street. Oftentimes, traffic travels through here at a high rate of speed. If there is more than one car traveling on the street at a time in opposite directions, we frequently have to pull to the side into parking (if room) or one car has to either stop at an intersection to allow the car to pass, OR one of the cars have to back up into a parking space or another intersection to let another car pass. PLEASE consider making my street a one-way street Northbound which would align with the only available parking spaces on the side of the street. THANK YOU! :-)

At the intersection of Allen St and Strong Dr.,vehicles park along the curb up to and past the stop sign, making it dangerous to make a right turn. Is there a law that states a certain distance away from stop signs is required? Thank you for your time.

The corner of Winslow Drive and Allendale Drive has many reflective "stick" posts that are bolted to the street that are damaged or missing. These are in the eastbound lane of Winslow when turning south onto Allendale. Can these be repaired or replaced? Alternatively, since a dedicated right-turn lane exists at this intersection for turning south onto Allendale, can these posts be removed so the right-turn lane can be used again? Why was it determined that the right-turn lane can’t be used any longer? If the right-turn lane cannot be used, can that pavement be removed and the land converted to grass or a landscape bed?

Drivers are constantly running the stop signs at Sheridan/Southdowns and Woodlawn intersection. I see it personally every single day. This is also a pedestrian crossing area and someone is bound to get hit someday.
