THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN MOWED & IS FULL OF WEEDS. HE DID INDICATE THAT IT APPEARS TO HAVE A "NATURAL WILDLIFE" LOOK BUT IS WONDERING IF THIS MEETS CITY CODE.
Unsafe structure with rats, skunks, etc. living under structure. House should be demolished. City started working with the owner and then stopped after owner died.
CALLER IS TENANT. HAS TRIED TO GET PROPERTY OWNER TO REMOVE A WOODEN PULL-TYPE TRLR FROM BACKYARD. THIS TRLR CONTAINS PAINT CANS; BOARD WITH NAILS AND OTHER TRASH AND IT IS A HAVEN FOR MOSQUITOS ETC. THEY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE BACKYARD FOR COOKOUTS AND IS AFRAID HER GRANDCHILDREN WILL GET HURT. I DID NOT SCHEDULE A COMPLAIN INSP SINCE IT APPEARS TO BE TRASH AND HAND INSP CAN DRIVE BY.
PILES OF TRASH IN THE CARPORT; IS NOW GETTING SCATTERED INTO HIS MOTHER'S YARD AND HAVE SEEN RATS. HAS TALKED WITH RESIDENT BUT SHE REFUSES TO GET RID OF THE TRASH.

Caller states there is trash on the porch and all around the house.
Dr. Colfield called to say that his mother lives at this address and has had a plumber out to see about her sewer which was backing up. Roto Rooter plumbers advised her that the line was broken in several places and probably was broken when the city installed the water main on Henderson St.
