Citizen states that there is trash out in front of this duplex that has been there for a long time and that the residents are continuing to add to the pile. There are no stickers and alot of the trash is not in bags or containers

EVERGREENS HANDING OVER WALL AND WHEN THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS NEXT DOOR DRIVING THRU THE ALLEY IS IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT SCRATCHING HER CAR. HER CAR WAS SCRATCHED. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE EVERGREENS TRIMMED BACK.
