Drive in College Park is such that if a driver doesn't negotiate turn, the vehicle could end up in a Varsity Villa unit. This has happened in the past. Complaintant has spoken with Carrithers @ College Park (?) about putting up a barricade, guard rail or something that would stop vehicles but nothing has been done. Call Jim if you need him to meet you & show you where this is.

I have had no hot water in my apartment for four days. On day 2, I called and reported it -as well as submit a written maintenance request - and was told the issue would be fixed either the same day or the next but no one came to fix it and the issue still persists.
We are in parkview apartments at 1700 N Walnut Street. There is no hot water since about 10 days. There is no heating since a week. And from two days, there is not even water. We called and contacted the property management many times, and each they say that the issue will fixed within a day or two. They have broken boilers as shown in the pictures and they are not putting appropriate effort to fix them, or even better, replace them with new ones since they are very old. Yesterday they tried to fix them and all apartments in the building ended up with no water at all. We need immediate action from your side to get the management working on these issues.
