ADVSD THAT SERA-TEC'S DUMPSTER IS OVERFLOWING INTO THE ALLEY THE PARKING LOT AT THE PARKING GARAGE. BIO-HAZARD MATERIALS. STREET DEPT HAS CLEANED THIS UP BUT WANTED SERA-TEC TO BE PUT ON NOTICE.
