The wood mulch surface of the playground structure at Park Ridge park needs replenished. As a regular park goer, it appears to me that the wood has degraded and other wise been slowly moved away from the play area over time. Currently, there is bare ground in spots of high foot traffic and increased potential of erosion from those spots, plant growth, etc. Also, I am not aware of the mulch having been replenished since the park was remade. Given that that renovation was completed 3 years ago, it seems like it is just time to add some more mulch. If it would be helpful to have pictures or additional information, please feel free to contact me and request that. Thank you for addressing this concern. Sincerely, John Metzcar
People living in an RV in driveway. Hanging around on the street all day. RV hasn't moved in weeks. Prospect Hill. On 4th between Fareview and Maple, south side of street. Huge RV, can't be missed.
Two large potholes in the southbound lane on S. Walnut Street Pike, approximately 3 properties north of Cardinal Glenn. (( Thank you! ))
The electric pole on the right as you drive into the parking lot for wapahani has exposed wires close to ground. One of the wires has a bare spot on it
The light on College Mall Road at the entrance to Eastland Plaza is timed so that it backs traffic up into the intersection of College Mall Road and 3rd Streets. The light at Eastland Plaza turns red while the left turn signal from 3rd street is still green. Cars turn onto College Mall Road and get stopped in the intersection. This causes gridlock. Cars with a green light headed west on 3rd street cannot proceed.
i am really concerned that the info on the city web page about LYME is all wrong. I have been researching a lot since i am one of the MANY MANY bloomington residents living with lyme that i got here. i am part of a group that is currently working to get the erroneous state reference you mention updated to include correct information and exclude the DANGEROUS false information that the state and the bloomington city websites currently list. Indiana Lyme Connect would be happy to help you get this info updated so we can help people reduce their risk of contracting lyme and increase their chances of getting proper care should they be exposed in any of the MANY ways one can be exposed. thanks
