Mr. Cline was transferred to our office from the County. His complaint was that in the Crestmount Housing area where he resides, management is authorizing the use of a spray insecticide being used to kill roaches. The insecticide being used is making many tenants sick; including himself.
Customer has noticed recent fluctuation in water pressure at his business (Grease Monkey). Customers using water fountain have problems. Water pressure is low then water shoots way up in the air.
SEWER GAS COMING OUT OF THREE STORM DRAINS.
BPD REPORTED THAT A HYDRANT AT 10TH AND GRANT STREETS HAD BEEN HIT BY CAR.
Caller lives next to Bryan Park. She said she asked for a trash can @ entrance to the park last year and now it is gone. There is trash everywhere. She and her husband are in their 70's and have been cleaning trash @ the park for 40 years. She wants another trash can and big sign "NO LITTERING."
Mrs. Pennington called Streets in late June re van seats which were dumped near a culvert on Hancock Street. She understood someone would pick them up and they were not. Since then, other people are using the area for a dump. (Mrs. Pennington would like a call re when this trash can be picked up.)
