Some one came and haphazardly weed rated front yard. Backyard hasn't been mowed since July 2024. There are fallen limbs in yard. I reported this about a month ago and only action has been the weed eating in front yard
Potential fire hazard caused by plant overgrowth. Severely overgrown grass/plants between the public sidewalk and the Henderson Crossing apartments (the building closest to the intersection of Atwater and Henderson). Several are long enough to drape over the sidewalk. There are outdoor AC/condenser units next to the apartment building, but they're almost completely covered by the grass/weeds. Some of the weeds are taller than the condenser units. General recommendation is to keep 1-3 feet of clearance around these units to prevent objects from blocking the intake for these units. Maybe there's some sort of guard preventing the plants from actually blocking the intake, but I couldn't see any - I only knew the units were there because I could hear them, they're almost completely concealed by overgrowth. The sidewalk along Winslow Rd all along the Bentley Court neighborhood is overgrown and the stairs to access Roger’s Park are nearly impassable due to weeds. This is particularly a nuisance as the road to access the park is closed this summer so the sidewalk is the only option. I realize the stairs aren’t very accessible in general but it’s all we’ve got!
Resident reported that this property has rarely been mowed, trash cans are left at the curb for long periods of time.
Neighbors have let their bushes become over grown to where it is over the property line and growing towards my house.

Growth is higher than 12 inches. Spillways ways are filled in invasive species and along fence rows is not taken care of.
