CITY SANITATION WAS OUT LAST WEEK TO INSPECT TRASH LEFT AGAIN AND DEAN COULD FIND NO ADDRESSES IN IT. COMPLAINTANT WOULD LIKE A CONCERTED EFFORT TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS TRASH PROBLEM AND GET IT TAKEN CARE OF.
