Citizen says street sign at corner of Woodstock Place and High Street has been stolen and missing for several weeks. Claims that this has been previously reported to City, but sign has not been replaced.

She called to lodge a complaint about the speed humps that have been installed on Morningside Drive. She lives in Park Ridge east and can't "catch the light" at Smith and 3rd and can't use 10th Street because of the "awful bicycles". She says we have just created "one large driveway " for the people who live on Morningside.
