HIS WATER STILL GETS MUDDY EVEN AFTER INSTALLING A NEW WATER SERVICE FROM WELL TO CITY WATER
SEWER BACKUP
House on west side of Vendor Apts., north side of street, 1st house west of Henderson St. has 20 bags of trash at side of house. ALSO - UNREGISTERED RENTAL & POSSIBLY OVER - OCCUPIED.
BATHROOM AND GARAGE DRAIN BACKING UP
Large hole beside & underneath house - approx. 15' deep.
Mr. Plecher complained that his water has a very bad taste/smell. Utilities chemist at Dillman explained city ran out of carbon to treat water & algea taste comes through. This seems to happen 3 or 4 times a year. couldn't city purchase more carbon more often so this won't happen again?
Jeff Delaplane owns the building at 425 N. Walnut St. He complained that he is actually not hooked on to sewer but has been paying sewer charges. He would like to be reimbursed the paid sewer charges and excavation charges.
