The street lights downtown (specifically on Kirkwood, from the Von Lee westward) turn on well after dark. Need to be adjusted for DST. Currently turning on at 6:39pm, over an hour past sunset.

Hello - Park Ridge neighborhood. Please tell me the range of dates for the leaf pick up? I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. Caller very frustrated with traffic back-up at Smith Ave. and Walnut. Sat in line on Smith for 20 minutes, through 6 stoplight cycles, forced to wait through school pick-up.
