Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.

Large stack of discarded furniture and debris is sitting in the yard at the edge of Dodds for an extended period of time. Need to be removed as it is unsanitary and unsightly.
