Fax was received stating that Mike and Julie Donham were upset with the final yard work at 515 S. Washington St. in Bloomington, IN. They feel add'l. topsoil and seeding are needed along sidewalk and 2 depressesions needed on south side of house.

Letter stated he wanted to complain about higher bill and extra charge. Did not understand why letter was not sent previous to sending out statements.

I live on Handy Road and a few months ago after the pipe crew was well past our house and started to put down grass seed and straw I noticed that they seemed to have missed my yard and the neighbors. There are a few spots of gravel that need to be cleaned up also. I was wondering who to contact to get grass and straw before any heavy rains turn this into mud and wash way. Looks like a pipe is leaking, on Gourley Pike midway between W. Cascade Ave and Kinser Pike, eastbound lane.
The towing company Tow Time at 2620 S. Rogers street. Tow trucks travel down Fairview to W. 7th several times a day racing their engines a driving very fast even when school is in session. The noise from these trucks is so loud that you can still hear them as the get to the down town area. Our neighborhood has complained to the owner and to individual drivers this past summer. The noise is a disruption and a nuisance.
Last summer I saw some bag worms on a bush. Those are the ones that normally kill trees and bushes. The bush is still there so I'm guessing they might have an opportunity to spread. The bush I saw them on was the first bush just west of Rogers on the B-Line where it crosses by the junkyard.
