No permit to remodel upstairs bathroom into two bathrooms. Moved kitchen sink from north wall to east wall to do the remodel job. Electrical & plumbing work done without a permit. 13 yr. old boy working there too.

914 has no guttering. Causing foundation of 916 to sink. Mr. Holmes has had people out to look at this & they've indicated problem is caused by bldg next door at 914.
Bunch of rags, rugs, all kinds of garbage outside. " It is a disgrace to the neighborhood." Needs to take a hose to area or really scrub down.
