15 bags of garbage stored in back yard for at least 3 weeks.

Parking on lawn & possible abandoned vehicle.
Grass is 4 feet high - has not been mowed yet this spring. Thinks this is a rental property.
Bags of grass at curb witn no tags - been there for weeks.
Concerned about refrigerators w/doors that children can get to. Also, property is an eyesore with all the boxes & trash.
AT THE CORNER OF MORNINGSIDE DRIVE & SMITH ROAD. THE CITY FINISHED THEIR PROJECT OUT THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO THERE IS A SMALL PLOT OF LAND AT THIS INTERSECTION THAT HAD SOD PUT DOWN. THE GRASS DIED AND MR. BROTHERS WOULD LIKE FOR THE CITY TO REPLACE THIS PORTION. THIS AREA IS IN THE CITY RIGHT OF WAY. JANE FLEIG DID GO OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT SITE ON 5/28/96.
Neighbor's dumpster placed against his building (White House Apts). Trash is scattered, smells bad. Dumpster agains his window. Has told Burnham (his landlord).
For sale sign by owner - on corner of Rogers & 7th on school property.
Trash on front porch.
Old Tevac bldg. looks cruddy. Can City do something about this eyesore ?
