Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. Hello! I’m trying to see who can take care of the rental property next to my business? I am located at 811 N. Walnut St. The house to my right has had college students move out in May and the trash is now coming onto my property.

Made complaint about 2501s. Bryan Street, when the address is 2501/2503 s. Camden, owned by Gary Wampler. Excessive trash. Arguments/ screaming on daily basis. Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.
4404 E Walpole. Lots of trash and tires stacked in back.
