Residents leaving trash out for 2-3 weeks at a time in the 600 block of S. Eastside Dr. There is a white Volvo parked on the street (in front of house) which has been on 3 wheels for approx. 2 weeks.
Concerned that the neighborhood zone parking sign in front of this address is hidden by trees, and therefore more people are parking illegally. Thanks for your help.

Trash piled in the alley at 203 E 10th St. (between 10th and Cottage Grove) in the 600 block of North Washington St. Caller says you can't miss it.
Tyler called -- trash bags where the dumpster used to be. Trash doesn't get pick up until Monday. Also sharp pieces of glass.
