100 lbs--spoke with resident, doing courtesy pick up. is weighed down w/ cat litter. is breaking down to less than 40lbs. still over 40lbs, each was tagged though. no more courtesy pick ups.
set out a dozen or so bags with only 1 and a half stickers. crew took part (three bags) and left the rest. resident says he is leaving it out there until we pick it up. we are not picking it up w/o stickers this time. have done 3 courtesy pick ups. was turned over to HAND 8/17 for no stickers as well. thanks.
