The stop sign at the intersection of E. Waterloo Court and Picadilly Street is super-faded and barely readable. It needs to be replaced.
The grass in the front yard of this property has been cut once this summer and the back yard has never been cut. Dick has called HAND (Carol Jack) many times and has only received 1 returned phone call. He was told that Carol would put a hang tag on the door of this property- it never happened. He called 9/12/97 and was told that the tag would be placed on the door ASAP. According to him, this is not satisfactory behavior from Dept. HE WANTS A RESPNSE FROM MAYOR OR HIS ADMINISTRATION.
Yard has not been cut in front or back. This is the house directly south of 531 Westwood.
The residents living at the corner of Bell and Westwood are using a seat our of a car as a seat on thier porch. The strip mall that as has Big Red Liq. in it (in Highland Village) has trash in the alleyway that runs beside it. Jerry would like a call back after that inspector takes a look.
MATRESSES & TRASH IN THE DRIVE. APPEARS RESIDENTS MOVED OUT. ALSO LEFT THEIR CATS WHO ARE RUNNING WILD THRU THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND CRYING.
Residents moved out and left yunk and trash all over the yard.
People living at this address have old tires and stoves and ovens in the front yard of the house.
