Manager from neighboring apartment complex said the dumpster at this address has trash all around it on the ground and it is creating a rat issue for his complex.

The trash/recycling crew left most all cans thrown off the sidewalk, into the road on their sides today. This is not normally the case, and it was absolutely NOT weather related. The trucks woke me up three times today. And then I find my trash can only half emptied, with one bag still in it. Either the trucks are malfunctioning, or someone was in a bit of a hurry to get done with the route.

The residents moved out a week ago and left a pile of furniture parts and trash in the yard and up against the house. Kept thinking they may return, but I have seen no one.

I reported that our trash was not picked up on Thursday as it should have been. I received a message from Rhea Carter at noon, saying "We picked up today." I just checked my waste cart. The cart has not been moved and the trash bag is still in it.

Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week. Resident feeds corn and other food to deer, etc. Attracts rats who live in brush pile in back yard around a tree. Neighbor at 1712 S. Sycamore stated that compliance officer could come into their yard and try to view property at 1711 S. Greenfield.

House at 1615 S. Walnut St. has had trash on the street continuously since last Sunday. Bicycle parts are now being piled in the neighbor's yard interfering with a political yard sign.
