Cars are parking on the road along Palmer causing traffic to drive in the yards to get by. Problem is apparently due to a lack in pavement width and snow piles.
The one-way alley east of the above address (currently one-way south) running from Washington to Lincoln needs to be one way the other direction or two way. People continually drive the wrong way down the alley.
He lives in the Matlock Heights area and is very happy with the new stop signs at the intersection of Fritz and Glendora but it made him realize how old and faded the rest of the stop signs in the neighborhood are. He wondered if any of them could be replaced. In particular, he mentioned the intersections of Glendora/Barbara and Barbara/Saville.
Complainant bought the house at the above address in 10/95. After buying the house he noticed the storm water inlet in the middle of the driveway. He is afraid it will do damage to his or someone else's car and would like the City to relocate the inlet. (See Letter in Correspondance in file).
Council member Sabbaugh (339-5500) received a request from Mrs. Roberston for either no parking or parking on one side or neither side of Huntington Drive.
Tenants dump trash in the alley behind.
Complainant says that there is a storm drain across Ridgeview in fron of his house that is apparently blocked. He has had the County out several times to try and correct the problem and all they have done is wedge with ashpalt.
Street Dept. is installing a handicap ramp in front of his property. He says that the property is not handicap accessible and that there shouldn't be a ramp there. Sidewalk crews told him that they are required to put in ramps per ADA.
