The 1st Street sidewalk by Rally's between college and Walnut is very inaccessible and has never had the snow cleared.

The entire block (both sides) has not had any snow removal on W 1st St. between College and Walnut. Rally's on one side, two for-sale lots on the other side. Terribly dangerous with no option to even cross and use the other side. Thanks.
