I came home and the water in all my toilets seems to have like exploded all over the bowl... was there utility work being done today? Is my water safe to drink? Its kind of unnerving to come home to this without explanation.

Ms. Bennett noticed a television cable from a utility pole that ran alongside her property, across a pathway to the Hays Court Apartment Complex on Sunday, 01/30/05. She contacted Insight and was told that they could not do anything about it until she provided them with an address that the cable belonged to. She feel that this is not her responsibilty and that this is a hazard.
