Courtesy Pick up. Roy went out to p/u after resident stated that her yard waste was missed. Roy noted that she keeps her yard waste by her back door, there was no way he would have been able to see it to pick it up. rlp
Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in stating that his yard waste was not picked up this week or last. I explained that last week was actually his yard waste week and that we would only be picking yard waste up every other week at this time. Roy went out and picked up missed yard waste from last week. rlp.

Courtesy Pick up. resident called in said crew drove by we radioed crew (948) they informed us they were told by Shelby to not stop or talk to resident. Shelby heard us on radio and went to this address had crew come back and they cleaned up the area. Per Shelby there will be No More courtesy pick ups for this address.
