There hole the street that someone could fall and trip into / over in front of my house. It appears to be done by a utility company as it is marked FP but it does not have any protective cones around it. 1502 E University is a rental property. There is no yard maintenance happening at all and everything is overgrown. They have mowed maybe once this year.
