Question for the Monroe County Treasurer and the Mayor: why do we send our Property Tax checks to Fairfield, Ohio? Why can those checks not be processed locally, thus creating jobs and not having to pay an outsider to do this work?

Bayles Road off of Kinser Pike has several deep potholes and several areas at the edge of the road that have disintegrated. This is causing a lot of unnecessary road hazards (having to swerve to miss them). I have a newer vehicle and it can not take much more. Is there any way you could get some one on this?
