Not a huge deal but my neighbors park in the yard off the alley in the grass making it hard to use the alley which gets used a lot...they have designated parking behind their house but don’t use it...

Broken catch basin on westbound side of W. 11th Street at around 1508/1510. Broken enough to be wandering pedestrian hazard.
There is a yellow plug in the concrete that is a tripping hazard.
