Street Trees
700 N Washington ST
- Case Date:
- 1/23/2022
This tree is going to fall over very soon. We would like to remove this tree as fast as possible. If the tree were to fall, it would hit the power line and cut off the power for the majority of the street. In addition, the cars parked on that street could also be damaged when the tree falls. I understand it is private property technically, but I feel like their landlord should allow this.

Not sure if this is against the rules or not, but it should be. There's a Ducatti motorbike that is almost always parked in the front yard of this house.

A few of the street signs at this intersection have been stolen (two blocks directly east is a notorious fraternity living in an apartment complex). There is currently no indication of the street names and also no sign informing drivers that Cottage Grove is one-way west.

There are three cars parked on Walnut near the corner of 17 and Walnut. They seemed to have been parked there overnight. Isn't there some ordinance to prevent someone from parking in the street? This is not designated as a parking area. Can't they be towed?
