Access to YMCA CLOSED OFF w/o notice to Y. Patrons, instructors unable to get to classes,

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. Early morning on Monday 1/6/14 a city snow plow somehow got his blade extended past the curb at the front of my property and plowed up as much as 30 to 40 SF of sod from the area between the back of the curb and the sidewalk. I suppose legally this area is city ROW, but it will still need to be repaired come next spring. Thank you in advance for your help.
