A portion of W. Smith Ave needs badly repaired. The road is basically falling apart with a large pothole. My address is 1002 W. Howe St., and the road problem is behind my house which abuts Smith Ave.
Bags and cans must have a sticker attached.

yard a mess, not mowed, never maintained,will continue to call and complain til this mess is cleaned up, it is a disgrace

There is a large amount of trash bags outside the back door. It looks like 20-25 bags.
Sidewalk blocked by overgrowth. When stopped on Smith line of site blocked. There is also an overgrown fire hydrant, possibly to the same address.
