I just sent in a report at 4:10. This is an additional comment. My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. Maybe they do anyway I don’t know. Thx
This Man just got dropped off by a Man who almost hit me going about 25 mph by mailboxes. No clue if this is his scooter. He needs to be respectful or use city bus which has a stop here . 3410 Oaklawn circle

Yesterday there were 3 unattended dogs that were dropped off in the street by the animal shelter. I wanted to give a shout out and thank you to the animal control officer (I believe her name may have been Kat?) who promptly came out and helped us wrangle the animals to safety.
