Elevator is frequently broken, there's no communication with residents of this apartment building to apologize or explain why it's broken or when it will be repaired. Last time it was broken starting Nov 20 2025 for 138 days, now it has been broken since May 13 2026, 35 days ago.

Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. Two potholes on S. Muller Parkway, one in front of Stewart Electric on west bound 320 S. Muller and another east bound in front of J.& S. Auto repair at 340 S. Muller. Thanks
